Dedicated Support Details
All of our Dedicated Servers come with four (2) 15-minute standard support credits included, to be used at the customer's discretion in resolving technical issues such as those listed below under paid for support details.
Free support includes the following:
- Network issues
- Hardware problems
- Reboots (no console login)
- Default install issues (prior to any customer modifications)
Paid for support is for the following and must be approved before any work is done:
- Re-install of OS (3 credits)
- Software reinstallation and/or configuration
- Extensive debugging
- Custom scripting or programming
- Patch installations
- DNS issues
- Any requests requiring physical console login
- Any issue where our guidance or help is requested (any brief work on the server)
Explanation of our credit-based support billing system:
Support Credits ("SCs") are used as follows:
1 SC: 1-15 minutes of standard (non-emergency) support (online).
2 SCs: 1-15 minutes of emergency (ticket flagged as emergency or immediate response requested within and response provided within 2 hours) support. Emergency/immediate response support is billed in increments of 2 SCs.
